Ecumenical Continuing Education |
Purpose: To promote Stephen Ministry by working together to provide meaningful continuing education sessions each year. |
The Network offers Ecumenical Continuing Education sessions once or twice each year. Usually these are offered on a Saturday morning with an outside speaker. Different Stephen Leaders take turns planning and hosting these events. For example, one ecumenical continuing education event offered by the network on Alzheimer’s Disease was attended by over 30 individuals. |

about how to minister to people caught in the cycle of abuse. We
anticipate this event to be held in October 2009.
