GREEN ACRES COMES TO MICHIANA!

Well, we weren’t able to road-trip up to Green Acres and Porters’ in August due to other summer activities.  But Walt and Cindy Flisnik will be coming to our September 11 meeting!  Walt will demonstrate his techniques and secrets for putting orchids on various mounts and in baskets.  If you’ve ever seen the wonderful specimen baskets in their greenhouses, you know Walt is an expert.  Come see how he does it!  Cindy and Walt will also bring plants for sale.  Our meeting will start at 1:30 EST at the River Park Branch of the South Bend Public Library.

Since our September meeting is on the Saturday of the Festival, please plan to go on Friday or Sunday---you don’t want to miss Walt’s expertise and demonstrations on mounting orchids!  Plan to car pool with other members for a wild orchid time in Chicago.
