Another week has gone by. We have had another week of too many US deaths and another round of too many Iraqi/Afghani civilian and military deaths. The US deaths are over 2100. Estimates of civilian deaths and Iraqi/Afghani deaths are each l0 times more. This cannot represent success for pro-life people.
As you vote for more "Homeland Security" money this month, please
help to

which includes the suffering which will come from budget cuts to the general
welfare and health care budgets and/or by deficit spending.
The wars we are in are "boondoggle" wars, politically motivated by greed and morally unjust. They are being financed by debt. It is time to say no to more spending. Dear Senator Bayh,
This week you will be considering HR 2863, the 2006 Defense Appropriations bill. We ask that you vote "no" to more defense spending for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
These are "boondoggle" wars, politically motivated by greed and morally unjust. They are being financed by debt. It is time to say no.
The war will go on and on, unless you have the courage to call in the troops, with all their gear and trash.
Sincerely yours, Ellyn Stecker, etc.
