First they came for the Jews and

I did not speak out

Because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for the Communists and

I did not speak out

Because I was not a Communist.

Then they came for the trade unionists and

I did not speak out

Because I was not a trade unionist.

Then they came for me and

There was no one left to speak out for me.

Michiana Immigrant Coalition:

National Day of Action

For Immigrant Rights

When: Monday, April 10th 2006 at 10:00 a.m.

Where: In front of the Morris Performing Arts Center

in South Bend Indiana

(In the corners of N. Michigan Street and W. Colfax Avenue)

The march is in favor of humane legislation for our immigrant neighbors. Lets put an end to unjust bills such as HR 4437.

For more information and details, stay tuned to Sabor Latino 98.1 FM your local radio station

Our community includes a large number of immigrant workers. Radical legislation like HR 4437 would change the status of our friends, our neighbors, our schoolmates and our co-workers into criminal felons for remaining in the U. S. and simultaneously make it a crime for employers, average citizens and clergy to offer support.
