Spanish-speaking Cursillo Secretariat

El Secretariado del Cursillo hispánico de la diócesis Fort Wayne-South Bend por este acto resuelve suministrar apoyo al Equip de Formación de la comunidad cursillista que habla inglés en su trabajo de revivificar el movimiento inglés por hacer lo siguiente:

1. proveer representantes a las Ultreyas mensuales ingleses, a las reuniones del Equipo de Formación inglés, y a otros acontecimientos de la comunidad inglesa;
2. designar los Coordinadores de los Equipos de los Cursillos ingleses para hombres y para mujeres planeados en junio y agosto del año corriente, los cuales siendo baseados en las recomendaciones del Equipo de Formación y en los patrones del Movimiento Nacional del Cursillos de Cristiandad;
3. rever y aprobar los miembros de los equipos juntados para los Cursillos ingleses para hombres y para mujeres planeados en junio y agosto del año corriente, las cuales selecciones siendo baseadas en las recomendaciones del Equipo de Formación y en los patrones del Movimiento Nacional del Cursillos de Cristiandad;
4. nombrar por lo menos un miembro de su propio Secretariado para servir como miembro(s) de cada uno de los dos equipos ingleses (de hombres y de mujeres) con la finalidad de ayudar y guiar los equipos en el planeamiento, la preparación, y la ejecución de Cursillos auténticos como son prescritos por el Movimiento Nacional de Cursillos de Cristiandad. Estes miembros del Secretariado que sierven los Cursillos ingleses participarían plenamente en los Cursillos (atendiendo reuniones de planificación y conviviendo con los cursillistas durante los tres días).
   

Engish translation of Spanish-speaking Secretariat's Resolution:

The Spanish-speaking Cursillo Secretariat of the Fort Wayne-South Bend Diocese hereby resolves that: the Spanish-speaking Cursillo community of the Fort Wayne-South Bend Diocese will support the English-speaking Formation Team in its efforts to revive the English-speaking Cursillo Community in the Fort Wayne-South Bend Diocese by:

1. sending representatives to the English-speaking monthly Ultreyas, Formation Team meetings, and other community events;
2. appointing the Team Coordinators for the English-speaking Men's and Women's Cursillo Weekends in June and August 2004, based on their English-speaking Formation Team's recommendations and the standards of the National Cursillo Movement;
3. reviewing and approving the English-speaking team members for the Men's and Women's Cursillo Weekends in June and August 2004, based on the Formation Team's recommendations and the standards of the National Cursillo Movement;
4. appointing at least one of their own Secretariat members to each of the two English-speaking Cursillo Weekend Teams to help and guide the teams in planning, preparing for and putting on authentic Cursillo Weekends as prescribed by the National Cursillo Movement. These Secretariat members would actually serve on each the English-speaking Teams and would participate on the 3-day weekend.

Engish-speaking Cursillo Formation Team

The English-speaking Cursillo Formation Team of the Fort Wayne-South Bend Diocese hereby resolves that: the English-speaking Cursillo community of the Fort Wayne-South Bend Diocese will support the Spanish-speaking Cursillo movement in its efforts to develop the Spanish-speaking Cursillo Community in the Fort Wayne-South Bend Diocese by:

1. sending representatives to the Spanish-speaking monthly Ultreyas and other Spanish-speaking Cursillo community events;
2. supporting the Spanish-speaking Men's and Women's Cursillo Weekends by assisting as cooks in their kitchen, as their Cha Cha's, or in any other ways that the Spanish-speaking Cursillo Secretariat may deem appropriate;
3. appointing at least one of their own Formation Team members to attend the monthly Spanish-speaking Cursillo Secretariat meetings as a liaison to the Spanish-speaking Cursillo community, offering help and assistance to their Community in ways that the Spanish-speaking Secretariat deems appropriate;
4. reporting to the Spanish-speaking Secretariat at its monthly Secretariat meeting our progress for its review, guidance, and approval of all of the English-speaking Formation Team’s activities and plans;
5. establishing a Spanish-speaking website on the Internet for the Spanish speaking community of the Fort Wayne-South Bend Diocese, and provide Internet training and access to that website from public library computers within the Fort-Wayne-South Bend Diocese.
