Indiana Center for Family, School & Community Partnerships

PARTNERS IN LEARNING

Vol. 1:1 ~ Winter 1998

Never has the time been more urgent for Hoosier families to become more active in their children's education.

"Partners in Learning" is a publication about families, schools and communities working together for kids. In each issue, you'll learn about approaches and programs that are working well, how to build and strengthen local partnerships, why community and family involvement is so important to schools, and where to go for more information.

Our audience is broad-based--parents and parent educators, teachers and administrators, policy-makers and community leaders--because all play a vital role in ensuring children's success.

We invite you to copy and share any or all of this publication with your school community.

Watch for the next issue--with a focus on involving fathers in their children's education--coming this spring.
